To qualify for a refund:

2. Provide a photo of the product.

3. Include a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund/return.

4. Refund/return verdicts are decided within 1-7 business days and additional information may be requested.

5. (Unused Items) After the return is approved, return the item with the given instructions in your return order. In some refund cases we may request proof of destruction of the item before issuing a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your full refund within 5–7 business days.
